Shared Momentum: Planning for High-Value, Smart Replacements in Commercial Buildings
Building owners and tenants can collaboratively transform building efficiency and value. This session will focus on planning for efficiency upgrades, activating shared incentives that align commercial buildings with tenant sustainability values. We will also discuss opportunities that go beyond traditional energy efficiency measures, such as water or waste reduction opportunities, that can boost the building’s value to tenants, lower operating costs, and prepare for greater building resilience.
By attending, you will:
Planning for Upgrades: Navigate the latest energy-efficient technologies, incentives, and timing your replacements for maximum return on investment.
Activate Shared Incentives: Transform opportunities to wins, creating clear next steps for both building owners and tenants to follow.
Climate-Ready Asset Protection: Reduce risks and protect long-term building investments and shield your building from increasing utility costs by integrating resiliency strategies, such as renewable energy, electric vehicles (EVs), and more.
Move Beyond Energy Efficiency: Align building owners and tenant interest around shared sustainability infrastructure, such as waste management or renewable energy, that retain tenants, lowers operating costs, and increase resilience, giving buildings a competitive market advantage.
The event will end at 4:30pm, but workshop presenters and other community resources will be available for questions and conversation until 5pm.
