Illinois Energy Conservation Code: COMcheck & REScheck

This training will cover how to use the US Department of Energy’s online software compliance tools, REScheck and COMcheck to demonstrate compliance with the Illinois Energy Conservation Code. Participants will be guided through a sample project to demonstrate how to use the tools to verify compliance with energy code requirements. The DOE software applications help builders, contractors, and designers demonstrate energy code compliance and generate compliance reports for code officials based on project inputs.
